How do I start a return or exchange?To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@playbasedlearningco.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

Are return shipping costs covered?Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What is your return policy?If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us including cost to ship. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused condition, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Return requests can be made by emailing support@playbasedlearningco.com. Once your package arrives to us, please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.

How long does shipping take?Shipping times vary depending on location but standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?At this time, we only offer shipping in the United States.

How can I track my order?Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Orders can only be modified or canceled within a couple of hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need changes and we will work with you the best we can.
